Premier Purchasing and Marketing Alliance provides a cutting edge platform for managing invoicing and rebates between distributors and wholesalers, and the manufacturers they represent. We use a combination of many technologies to provide thease features, and they were designed to save you time and money.
Manufacturers use EDI to electronically send invoices directly from their systems to PPMA. The PPMA platform will then notify you. You can print a PDF of the invoice as well. There are tools built in to the platform to handle incorrect invoicing and discrepencies allowing you to interact directly and instantly with a manufacturer to remedy issues. Once you have paid an invoice, you can mark it as such, and archive it, hiding it from view.
For manufacturers participating in the rebate program, the process is a bit more detailed. You will pay many of these invoices at once, and send the payment to PPMA. We will transparently calcualte how much rebate you have earned against a set of programs provided by the manufacturer. We'll withhold this amount from what we send back to the manufacturer, and pay it back to you quarterly. It's all totally automatic and every single step of the process is visible to you at all times.
